Sunday 3rd November Chairman’s report

The City of Birmingham Platinum Points day.

Richardz great competition day on Sunday November 3rd at Portway Lifestyle Centre, Oldbury, West Midlands, organised by Paul Cammack and his team with top line efficiency and friendly atmosphere throughout the whole day. Super grades from the Juniors and Juveniles both couples and Solo’s with great support from all spectators. This session was followed by the busiest adult programme seen in recent times showing an excellent standard in all grades, some events were in three heats despite the terrific facilities at this centre including huge sprung floor . Many congratulations to all competitors for some fine dancing and thanks to adjudicators Loren James, Carol Perry, Linda Chatterley, Fabio D’Angelo, Daniel Power under the chairmanship of Richard Rose . Scrutineer Jack Bisseker worked alongside compère Matthew Lucas. Super day , back here in January !
